Marcia Robitaille is an accomplished executive with over 22 years of experience in the logistics industry. As Traffic Tech’s Chief Revenue Officer, Marcia is responsible for overseeing all operational functions, managing cross-functional teams, team development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Her strategic leadership has been instrumental in driving organizational growth and profitability based on market trends and changes.

With previous roles as AVP of Sales and Enterprise Sales Director, Kevin has consistently demonstrated his ability to build and foster client relationships. Prior to his current role, Lee has held many roles both operationally and commercially, most recently serving as Sales Director for over three years, where he demonstrated his strong sales acumen and played a key role in driving business success. Prior to her current role, Colleen served as the Director of Operations at Traffic Tech for eight months, where she showcased her exceptional leadership abilities. Christy Daley is the Vice President of Business Operations at Traffic Tech, where she collaborates closely with the Operations and Carrier Sales Teams in Chicago. Her primary focus is on process improvement and organizational strategy to bolster the company’s success and growth.

With 17 years of experience in the 3PL asset-based brokerage industry, Christy has an extensive background in various modes of domestic over-the-road transportation, including Dry and Refrigerated FTL, Flatbed, LTL, and expedited shipping. She has dedicated most of her career to the carrier and operations side of the business, holding multiple leadership positions.

Christy possesses a deep understanding of market dynamics, regulations, and best practices that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. She is passionate about optimizing processes, reducing costs, and enhancing quality across the supply chain, all while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment for her team.

Steve is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in the global logistics industry who is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer, Global Development at Traffic Tech since June 2023. Along with Steve’s strong leadership skills and business acumen, he brings over 20 years of  expertise in the areas of  logistics and transportation to the organization. Prior to Steve’s current position, Steve played a key role in driving commercial growth, as the Vice President of Sales, since joining Traffic Tech in 2006. Prior to his current role, Chris has just over 27 years of transportation and supply chain experience at DHL and UPS, where he provided exceptional customer relationship management and operational support.
